Authorized cloud-only plugin end-to-end test. Creates and updates only plugin-e2e/cloud-v020.txt on an isolated test branch.

Verified: repository and branch reads, branch creation from exact main SHA, UTF-8 file creation, expected-blob-SHA update and read-back.
Head: 9bcb8d57f0

Do not merge. Existing files and branches were not overwritten.
